- “As-Is” Sales: Every lot is sold “as-is.” Once the auctioneer declares “Sold,” the buyer assumes full responsibility for the item.
- Bidder Due Diligence: It is solely the bidder’s responsibility to inspect item condition, provenance, and authenticity before placing bids.
Day-Of Announcements: Any modifications or clarifications announced on auction day take precedence over the published terms.
